Our finished black, oolong and green teas. They turned out better than we expected but Las Vegas is definitely not a good place to make tea.

Rolling Oolong

Rolling black tea (No heat this time. Heat stops oxidation and we want black tea to fully oxidize.)

Green tea (heating followed by rolling)
